If the items you receive are broken/damage, pls provide us with the details picture within 3 days. We will replace the items if we have it available in stock otherwise you may exchange with something of similar value
All pre-order items will only be refunded if the items are not availble in stock until the end of each business trip to europe. Your order is considered confirmed once you have transfered deposit to our company account. Items cannot be replaced or change if we already bought it from stores unless if there is other customer who requested for similar items.
